The Quinn Award is a
special award given in memory of Mrs. Joseph P. Quinn, Sr. who founded
the Sussex County Chapter of the American Red Cross in 1917. The award
is presented in recognition of the same spirit of giving to our
community that characterized our founder and in appreciation of
exceptional service to her chapter in our own time.
