REFUND POLICY

The refund policy of the American Red Cross Sussex County Chapter is as follows:

Health & Safety Courses:

Course fees are non-refundable. The American Red Cross will cancel a class or an event only under the following circumstances: local emergency requiring mobilization of volunteers, inclement weather conditions or class enrollment of less than 6 students.

In the event of an extraordinary emergent circumstance where a student knows in advance of a class that they are unable to attend, a student may elect to pay a $15 rescheduling fee in order to move their registration to a future class date.  This is only available to students who make arrangements prior to 4:00 p.m. on the class date.  

Health & Safety Products:

All sales final.  No refunds permitted.
